NalamDesk is a secure, offline-first clinic management system. Your patient data lives on your own computer, encrypted, and the clinic runs its full day with no internet.

Start with the User Guide:

Initial Setup: create the encrypted vault and the administrator account.
Admin Management: clinic details, staff accounts, backups.
Clinic Operations: registration, queue and triage, consultations, prescriptions.

Merging Duplicate Charts: preview-first merge with rollback.

NalamDesk is free software under AGPL-3.0. The code lives on GitHub and installers ship from GitHub Releases.
