NalamDesk is a secure, offline-first clinic management system. Your patient data lives on your own computer, encrypted, and the clinic runs its full day with no internet.
Start with the User Guide:
- Initial Setup: create the encrypted vault and the administrator account.
- Admin Management: clinic details, staff accounts, backups.
- Clinic Operations: registration, queue and triage, consultations, prescriptions.
- Daily Collection: receipts and the ledger-derived day close.
- Merging Duplicate Charts: preview-first merge with rollback.
NalamDesk is free software under AGPL-3.0. The code lives on GitHub and installers ship from GitHub Releases.
